For products purchased from www.burnslap.me, refund or exchange service is provided for 7 days from the date of purchase.
However, if you wish to refund or exchange for something other than a manufacturing defect indicated in the product warranty, all shipping and payment fees will be borne by the buyer. Unfortunately, refunds or exchanges are not possible after 7 days of purchase. (7 days from the date of receipt of the product)
In the case of a defect related to magnetic fluid, only glass bottles will be returned separately.
Users should refer to the glass bottle separation manual document and separate the glass bottle and return it.
If the entire product is sent despite the defect related to magnetic fluid, any accidents and shipping costs that may occur during shipping will be borne by the buyer.
Once your request for exchange and refund has been received and our inspection is complete, we will send you an email informing you that the returned item has been received. In addition, we will inform you about the possibility of exchange or refund.
All exchanges and refunds must be in resaleable condition (in original packaging, unused and securely packaged, beware of contamination and scratches)
BurnSlap is not responsible for products lost or damaged during transportation, so please pack the product safely and take a condition check photo before packing the product.
Also you are advised to keep proof of postage.
